Q. Why should I use your services?
eBay Trading Assistant have a professional understanding of what bidders and buyers
are looking for when they search though ebay. We have an intensive knowledge of keyword optimisation skills to allow visitors to find your item and bid for them. We've
been selling on eBay since before most people have heard of it.
Q. Are you registered with eBay?
eBay Trading Assistant are registered as Trading Assistants with eBay.co.uk. This
means we are allowed to sell other peoples products on there behalf. Apart from this
we are not part of eBay and operate independently from any other company.
Q. How much do you charge?
Roughly 15% of the item value. If you have a number of items, are a business seller,
or a registered charity we may be able to offer a discount. Motor listings are charged
at roughly 5%. See our fee pages for full details.
Q. What if my item doesn't sell?
We will either re list it, you can collect it back from us or it can be donated to charity
on your behalf. We'll contact you to find out your preference.
Q. Will you collect my item?
If you are within a 1 mile radius we will collect your item free of charge. Otherwise
you can drop it off.
Q. Is it safe to sell it via eBay?
Most of the time eBay is a safe and convenient venue. However in the unlikely event things do go wrong, you will be fully protected as we will be using our business
eBay & paypal accounts, therefore we will be liable.
